摘　　要：用交流示波极谱滴定法测缬氨酸的含量。在KCl底液中用KOH标准溶液滴定,不需加指示剂,而以极谱图形的变化指示终点的到达。Determination of valine by A.C. oscillopolarographic titration. In KCl solution, valine can be directly titrated with standard KOH solution, don't need adding indicator. Only changes of oscillopolarographic figure can indicate the end point. This method is simple, rapid, accurate and can give the same results as the official method adopted in Chinese pharmacopoeia.
