摘　　要：目的 探讨胃癌C -erbB -2、PCNA表达及其与病理分化程度、浸润、转移的生物学行为间的关系。 方法 采用S -P法 ,对胃癌组织切片中C -erbB -2和PCNA进行免疫组化标记及原位观察 ,统计其与胃癌临床病理生物学行为间的相关性。结果 48例中C -erbB -2阳性表达65 % ,阳性程度与肿瘤组织的不同分化程度之间显著相关 ,PCNA阳性表达77 % ,阳性程度与淋巴结有否转移之间有显著相关。C -erbB -2与PCNA之间无密切关系。结论 C -erbB -2和PCNA检测可作为判断胃癌生物学行为和指导治疗的良好指标 ,但代表的临床意义不同。Objective To evaluate the expression of protooncegene C-erbB-2, Proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in gastric carcinoma and the effect on gastric carcinoma biologic behavior. Method C-erbB-2and PCNA was detected with immunohistochemistry in gastric carcinoma. Results The positive expression rate of C-erbB-2 is 65%, and have a significant correlation with tumor differentiation. The positive expression rate of PCNA is 77%, and significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis. Conclusion C-erbB-2 and PCNA could be effective marker for judging gastric carcinoma biologic behavior.
