紫外线对球结膜组织细胞因子分泌的影响

摘　　要：研究紫外线对球结膜组织细胞因子分泌的影响及清开灵的调控作用。利用近距离紫外线照射体外培养人球结膜组织 ,诱生细胞因子 ,并同时观察清开灵的调控作用。结果发现照射组的肿瘤坏死因子和血小板源生长因子水平明显升高 ;照射并加用清开灵组的细胞因子水平未见明显增高。结论 :近距离紫外线照射可诱导培养球结膜组织产生细胞因子 。To study the influence of ultraviolet on cytokine secretion of bulbar conjunctiva and the control effects of QINGKAILING,ultraviolet radiation was used to induce the production of cytokines on cultured conjunctiva specimens.The results showed that the tumor necrosis factor(TNF α)and platelet derived growth factor were obviously increased in the radiation group,while TNF α was not obviously increased in the group of radiation combined QINGKAILING.It indicates that ultraviolet radiation can induce the conjunctiva specimens to produce the cytokines,and QINGKAILING can inhibit the inducement.\;
