摘　　要：目的:评价得普利麻加小剂量芬太尼用于膀胱镜膀胱肿瘤电切术麻醉的效果及其对呼吸、循环的影响。方法:先静注芬太尼1ug/kg,5min后静注得普利麻1.5mg/kg,后以0.2mg·kg-1·min-1持续输注,直至手术结束。结果:麻醉效果满意,对循环影响较轻,对呼吸有抑制作用,SPO2虽有下降,但在1min内能自行恢复。结论:得普利麻加小剂量芬太尼用于膀胱肿瘤电切术麻醉简便易行,诱导迅速,可加强镇痛,苏醒快而安全,为一种安全有效的方法。Objective: To evaluate the effect of Propofol and minor dosage of Fentanyl in anesthesia of electrocision of bladder tumor. and the effect on the respiration and circulation. Method: Fentanyl was injected intravenously (lug/kg) at first and Propofol was injected intravenously (1.5mg/kg) 5 minutes later, and then continously intravenous injection with Propofol to the end of operation. Result: A good anesthesia effect was observed, and on the circulation and the inhibition of the respiration were shown, and the SPO2was reduced but resumed autonomously in within/min. Conclusion: The method is simple, practical and clinically safe.
