摘　　要：目的 :寻找一种急性脑血管疾病的生化标志物。方法 :对广泛分布于中枢神经系统内S10 0B蛋白的生物学活性、检测方法及临床意义作初步探讨。结果 :S10 0B蛋白对中枢神经系统的损伤有高度敏感性和特异性 ,其含量变化与临床症状、体征及影像学改变密切相关。结论 :S10 0B蛋白已有望成为脑血管疾病诊断和预后的新指标。Objective:TO explore a biochemical marker in the acute cerebrovascular diseases.Methods:Make a preliminary discussion about the biological characters?methods of detection and clinical significance of S100B protein,which distributes in CNS extensively.Results:S100B protein is very sensitive and specific to CNS injure,the relation between its content and clinical symptoms?signs and imaging changes is very close.Conclusion:S100B protein can be considered as a new index to diagnosis and judge the prognosis of cerebrovascular diseases.
