摘 要:为了探讨淋巴细胞化学发光(Ly—CL)与增殖反应间的关系,测定22例正常人及18例肿瘤或带状疱疹患者Ly—CL和增殖反应。相关分析表明,正常人及患者的Ly—CL与增殖反应测定结果无相关性(r=0.1554,P>0.05)。将正常人与患者的Ly—CL和增殖反应测定结果比较,表明患者淋巴细胞增殖反应降低和Ly—CL减弱。结果提示,淋巴细胞增殖反应降低的同时,产生活性氧自由基的能力不足,Ly—CL测定可用于淋巴细胞活性或功能的研究。In order to investigate relationships between lymphocyte chemiluminescence (Ly—CL) and lymphocyte proliferation, Ly—CL and lymphocyte proliferative assays (~3H—TdR incorporation ) were measured in 18 patients with cancer or herpes zoster and 22 healthy donors. Results revealed no relationship between Ly—CL and lymphocyte proliferative responses (r=0.1554, P>0.05). Comparing with healthy donors, patients with cancer or herpes zoster showed not only reduction of lymphocyte proliferative responses, but depression of Ly—CL responses. These data suggest that when lymphocyte proliferative responses reduce,the ability to produce oxygen radicals by lymphocytes also decreases. Ly—CL measurement could be used for studying lymphocyte activities and/or functions.
