急性胰腺炎中前列腺素类物质变化及复方丹参对胰腺炎治疗作用的观察

摘　　要：我们观察了23例急性胰腺炎病人的血浆TXB_2和6—Koto-PGF_(1α)的水平,并应用复方丹参对患者进行治疗。结果表明:急性胰腺炎中血浆TXA_2和PGI_2的水平出现明显的不平衡;复方丹参能明显降低血浆TXA_2水平,相对增加PGI_2的生成,有改善胰腺的微循环,促使胰腺炎康复的作用与激素和优布芬比较,具有更好的治疗价值。In order to study the changes of prostagladin in acute pancreatitis, the plasmas level of TXA_2 and 6—Keto—PGF_(1α), the stable metabolites of TXA_2 and PGI_2, have been measured by ELISA techniques in 23 patients with acute pancreatitis. A marked increases in TXB_2 levels and a slight inereas in 6—Ke-to—PGF_(1α) levels were found in plasma of early acute pancreatitis. The TXB_2 to 6—Keto—1GF_(1α) ratio was not changed. The plasma levels of 6—Keto—PGF_(1α) continued to inerease but the plasma levels of TXB_2 fell singnificantly in later time of pancreatitis. The TXB_2 to 6—Keto—PGF_(1α) ratio was markly reduced. Salviae miltiorrhiza can improve the microcirculatory blood flow in pancreas. After the treatment of acute panereatitis with salviae miltrorrhiza, the diminished plasma levels of TXB_2 and the increased plasma levels of 6—Keto—PGF_(1α) were observed. Salviae miltiorrhiza may provide some help in the treatment of acute pancreatitis.
