冠心病患者肿瘤坏死因子β基因多态性研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究肿瘤坏死因子 - β(TNF- β)基因多态性与冠心病的关系。方法 :聚合酶链反应扩增 TNF-β第一内含子含有 10 6 9位核苷酸 A→ G多态位点的基因片段 ,Nco I内切酶进行限制性酶切反应。结果 :6 3例冠心病患者及 90例正常对照 TNF- β基因型及等位基因频率均无显著性差异 ,冠心病患者 *2 / 2基因型年龄低于 *1/ 2与*1/ 1基因型。结论 :TNF-β基因多态性与冠心病无关联 ,但不同Objective:To detect the relationship of tumor necrosis factor-β(TNF-β) polymorphism with coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods:Fragments of TNF-β gene first intron containing 1069 nucleotide A→G polymorphic locus were amplified by PCR, and then digested by Nco I endonuclease. Genotypes and alleles frequencies of 63 cases of CHD and 90 cases of control were compared. Results:There were no differences between two groups in the distribution of TNF-β genotypes and alleles frequencies. Age of CHD patients with *2/2 genotype were lower than those with *1/1 or *1/2 genotype.Conclusion:There is no relationship of TNF-β polymorphism with CHD, but CHD patients with variant genotype have differences of age.
