摘　　要：企业通常的3种融资方式分别为内部融资、股票融资、债权融资。运用模糊系统方法,通过对3种融资的对比分析,确定各因素的隶属度,得出单因素评价矩阵,求出评价指标。The means of three kinds of finance inside business enterprises usually are internal finance, share finance and debt finance. In this article, we'll applicate the fuzzy system method, by contrasting the method of three kinds of the finance analysis, fixing the subordinatior degree of each factor, getting the matrix of single factor e-valuation, begging out the evaluation indexs, to attain the purpose of the synthesizing evaluation on efficiency of small business enterprise finance.
