摘　　要：从考虑工作曲线斜率和截矩的误差入手，建立回归分析和相关分析误差估计模型，并据此选择光度法的适宜操作范围。On the basis of the calculation of error about the slope and intercept of working curve,the model of regression analysis and correlation analysis are set up and according it to determine the proper range of the operation.
