摘　　要：伴随着世界经济一体化步伐的加快,国内企业为抵御外来风险,实现技术更新而采用战略联盟的合作形式越来越多。但一项成功的战略联盟则受制于联盟伙伴的成功甄别和遴选。因此,掌握战略联盟伙伴选择的基本原则,对于国内企业成功构建战略联盟,提高竞争实力具有非常重要的现实意义。With the further integration of the world economy,more and more enterprises in China have begun to adopt the alliance cooperation strategy to avoid risks owing to the challenges from foreign enterprises and to achieve innovation in technologies. But a successful strategic alliance depends on the calcula-tive selection of alliance partners. Therefore, it is of realistic significance for those enterprises in China to grasp the fundamental principles of how to select the strategic alliance partners so that they can successfully form a strategic alliance and improve their competence.
