摘　　要：组织是一个开放、动态的有机系统 ,决定企业组织形态的往往是现在事件或外界市场环境 ,企业未来成功的许多线索就在于企业的外部环境。现在我们正在从以稳定气候状况和平稳经济增长为特征的短暂流金岁月中走出来 ,正步入一个以全球化、知识化、高开放度为特征的知识经济时代。在新的时代 ,组织形态一直赖以为基础的假设不再符合现实了。本文通过分析现行主导组织形态———官僚组织的兴盛背景 ,剖析了现行企业组织形态在开放经济环境下的失灵 。Organization is an open and developing organic system The organizational formation of enterprise is often determined by the present events and the market environment of the outside world And many clues of the enterprise's success lie in the outside environment We are not going out of the temporary, steady period, and walking into the knowledge and economic time full of great changes and serious crises That is characterized by globalization, knowledge and high opening In new time, the supposition which is the basis of organizational formation is not keeping with the realization Judged by the analysis of the background in which leading organizational formation--bureaucratic organization, is current, the article shows that the current organizational formation is out of order in the open economic environment And it also sets forth the developing types of new ideas of enterprise's organizational formation
