摘　　要：本文以中小企业的生存空间和中小企业对于我国经济发展的战略意义为逻辑起点 ,结合我国的具体国情分析了我国中小企业融资难的原因 ,最后重点探讨了中小企业融资困境的纾解途径。The article logically starts with the living spaceof medium and small enterprises and the strategic meaning to economic development in our country after entering WTO, and analyzes the financing difficulties of medium and small enterprises and its reasons on the basis of the situation of our country. At the end of the article, it is probed how to solve these financing difficulties of medium and small enterprises.
