摘　　要：良好的资本结构是企业提升核心竞争力和经营绩效的必要条件 ,应根据我国企业资本结构的基本特征及形成机理 ,促进企业优化资本结构 ,提高企业竞争力。Drawing on the prevailing proceedings in the subject, the author put forward the objectives of optimizing equity structures of State Owned Enterprises (SOPs) and performed an analysis into the mechanism of its formation. Responsive measures from both macro and micro perspectives are suggested for the optimization of corporate equity structures.
