摘　　要：本文介绍了新确认的莎士比亚逸作《爱德华三世》。介绍了四个内容:该剧的出版史,遭禁原因,主要情节（英法百年战争的缘起及初战的四次战役）和它在莎士比亚历史剧系列中的特殊地位。This paper is an introduction to William Shakespeare s newly identified historical play Edward III. It contains four parts: the history of its publication and cause for its ban; its main plot: the cause of the Hundred Years War between England and France and the Four initial battles; its theme: love, continence and gallantry, and its special position in W. Shakespeare' s histories.
