摘　　要：叙述了智能建筑是社会信息化发展的必然趋势、是社会信息网络的关键节点 ,同时 ,它是人类文明和历史进步的标志。然而由于当前建筑市场法规薄弱、秩序混乱 ,给智能建筑的建设工作带来一定的困难。针对智能建筑建设过程中存在的问题提出了对策及建议 ,最后给出结论。The article describes that Intelligent Buildings becomes a necessary trend as society developing into information age and is a key node of society information net. At the same time it is a mark of human civilization and historical progress.However, much problems are given arise to because of the weak legislation and the uncontrolled market order on construction of Intelligent Buildings.According to the above problems, some suggestions are presented in this article. Finally the result is given out.
