壶腹癌MMP-9、TIMP-1的表达及其与淋巴结转移的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨基质金属蛋白酶 9(MMP- 9)、组织金属蛋白酶抑制因子 - 1在壶腹癌中表达的意义。方法　采用免疫组化 S- P法对 32例壶腹癌组织进行 MMP- 9、TIMP- 1的检测。结果　 MMP- 9、TIMP- 1在壶腹癌组织中阳性表达率分别为 6 5 .6 % (2 1/32 ) ,4 6 .9% (15 /32 ) ,MMP- 9的表达与壶腹癌患者淋巴结转移呈正相关 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而 TIMP- 1的表达则相反 ,MMP- 9和 TIMP- 1的表达呈负相关 (P<0 .0 1)。结论　 MMP- 9可作为判断壶腹癌恶性生物学行为的标记物。人工诱导 TIMP- 1的表达可能抑制肿瘤的浸润和转称 。Objective To explore the expression and significance of matrix metalloproteinase 9(MMP 9) and tissue inhibitor or metalloproteinase 1(TIMP 1)in ampullary carinoma.Methods S P immunohisochemical method was used to examine the expession of MMP 9 and TIMP 1.Results The expression rate of MMP 9 and TIMP 1 were 65.6%(21/32) and 46.9%(15/32) respectively.The expression of MMP 9 was potisively correlated with lymph mode metastasis(P<0.05).The expression of TIMP 1 was negativly correlated to with lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).There was negatively correlation between MMP 9 and TIMP 1.Conclusion The results suggests that MMP 9 might be an important marker to determine the malignant biological behavor of ampullary carcinoma.The expression of TIMP-1 may inhibit the invasion and metastasis of the cancer.
