摘　　要：随着信息技术的发展 ,企业由重视信息管理转向侧重于知识管理 ,在此过程中 ,相继出现了信息主管 (CIO)和知识主管 (CKO)。作为企业管理主体的 CIO和 CKO有着各自不同的内涵和职能 。With the development of information technology,the knowledge management of enterprises becomes more and more important This paper discusses the relationship between CIO and CKO of enterprises,emphasizing they both have the great functions for the management of the modern enterprises
