摘　　要：本文介绍了有机磷农药蔬果磷(2甲氧基-4H-1,3,2-苯并二氧杂磷-2-硫化物)在雄性大白鼠、稻科植物和豆科植物内的代谢作用.通过标记在苄基碳上的~14C-化合物的研究,了解了其代谢途径.结果表明:~14C-蔬果磷迅速地被吸收,然后与其代谢物一起又速迅地被排泄出.The metabolism of an organophosphorus insecticide, Salithioa(2-methoxy--4H-1,3,2-benzodioxaphosphorin-2-sulfide),in male rats,rice plants and bean plants is presented.Metabolic pathways of Salithion were proposed on the basis of results obtained by using carbon-14 labeled compound at the benzyl carbon in the experiments. It was shown that 14C-Salithion was absorbed rapidly, and also excreted rapidly with its metabolic products.
