摘　　要：“铁路移动卫星通讯平台”系统是在调度所和行驶机车之间建立一个远程、实时、广域空间的双向数据通讯平台。正在运行的机车(列车)和地面调度所间不需经过复杂的地面通讯网,就能将机车运行信息实时、远距离地传输到调度所,调度所则可将调度信息直接发送到机车。该系统可以为铁路的DMIS、TMIS等系统提供实时、远程的数据通讯服务和运输数据采集功能,从而提高铁路运输调度信息的及时性和准确性。Railway mobile satellite communica-tion platform is a remote, real-time, wide area andbi-directional data communication platform that isestablished between operation control office andthe running locomotives. The running locomotives(or trains) can transmit the information of locomo-tive operation status to operation control office in areal-time and remote way without the involvementof trackside communication network; vice versa, thecontrolling information can be sent directly to loco-motives from operation control office. This systemcan provide a real-time and remote data commu-nication service as well as a data acquisition func-tion of transport for railway systems such as DMISand TMIS, hence the promptness and accuracy ofrailway transport control information is improved.
