E-cadherin在乳腺良、恶性肿瘤中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的　探讨上皮型钙粘附蛋白 (E cadherin)在乳腺肿瘤增殖及转移中的临床意义。方法　选用 10例正常乳腺组织、2 8例乳腺良性肿瘤及 4 0例乳腺恶性肿瘤标本 ,以半定量反转录PCR(RT PCR)检测E cadherinmRNA的表达。结果　正常乳腺和乳腺良性肿瘤组织中E cadherin的表达 ,分别为 (85 .3± 15 .7) %和 (80 .1± 2 1.2 ) % ,二者无显著差异(P >0 .0 1) ;而在恶性肿瘤组织中 ,E cadherin的表达则明显下降 ,仅为 (2 8.4± 16 .0 ) % (有淋巴结转移 )和 (42 .5± 19.1) %(无淋巴结转移 ) ,且与肿瘤的分级相关。结论　E cadherin在乳腺恶性肿瘤中的表达明显降低 ,与肿瘤的组织学分级相关。E cadherin表达的缺失或低表达 。Aim To explore the clinical significance of E cadherin in proliferation and metastasis of mammary neoplasm. Methods mRNA of E cadherin in 10 cases of normal breast tissue, 28 cases of benign breast tumor and 40 cases of breast cancer were detected by half quantity RT PCR. Results Expressions of E cadherin in normal breast tissues and benign breast tumors were (85.3±15.7)% and (80.1±21.2)%, respectively. There was no static significance between the two groups( P >0.05). In malignant breast tumor, the expression of E cadherin decreased significantly being (28.4±16.0)% (with lymph node metastasis) and (42.5±19.1)% (without lymph node metastasis) respectively, and was related to tumor's grading. Conclusion The expression of E cadherin in breast cancer significantly decreased and is related with the histological grading of the tumor. The expressed deficiency or low expression of E cadherin may be one of the factors responsible for the high metastasis of breast cancer.
