低温环境对家兔血清蛋白、血糖和钙含量的影响

摘　　要：目的　研究低温环境对家兔血清蛋白、血糖和血钙含量的影响。方法　将家兔分为 3个实验组 ,分别置于2℃、- 4℃、- 6℃的环境 ,对照组置于室温 16℃ ,均放置 30～ 6 0min ,取外周血检测血糖、血清蛋白和钙 ,并测肛温和心电图(ECG)。结果　随环境温度下降 ,实验组血清蛋白、血糖和钙降低 ,与对照组相比差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,同时肛温逐渐降低 ,ECG显示 ,心肌缺血 ,心律失常。结论　低温环境可致家兔血清蛋白、血糖和钙代谢失调 ,抗寒能力降低。Objective To study the influence of serum protein,blood sugar and calcium of rabbit in low temperature environment. Methods Rabbits were divided into three experiment groups(2℃,-4℃ and -6℃)and control group in room temperature 16 ℃,they were in 30 min to 60 min of this environment,we examined serum protein,blood sugar,calcium and ECG of rabbits. Results It has a marked difference ( P <0.05) in experiment groups compared with control group,its tenvironment temperature was reduced gradually,content of serum protein,blood sugar and calcium and anus temperature of experiment groups rabbits was dropped,ECG showed myocardial anemia and arrhythmia. Conclusion It leads to imbalance of metabolism of serum protein,blood sugar,calcium of rabbits in low temperature.
