血浆交换治疗格林-巴利综合征21例疗效分析

摘　　要：的　观察采用血浆交换治疗格林 巴利综合征疗效观察。方法　对 2 1例病人分别给予连续治疗、间隔治疗及延迟治疗 ,对患者症状的恢复进行了观察。结果　 2 1例中 19例患者症状如四肢对称弛缓性瘫痪、呼吸肌麻痹、球麻痹等均得到恢复 ,2例因严重肺部感染死亡。连续治疗疗效明显高于间隔式治疗及延迟治疗。结论　血浆交换对治疗格林-巴利综合征有效。Objective To observe the curative effect of the plasma exchange on Guillain Barre syndrome. Methods We separately used the continuous treatment,the discontinuous treatment and the delayed treatment in the 21 patients,and observed their symptoms. Results Except that 2 patients died of pulmonary infection,the rest 19 patients all made a recovery on their symptoms such as symmetrical flaccid paralysis,respiratory failure and bulbar paralysis.The curative effect of continuous treatment was better than that of the discontinuous treatment and the delayed treatment. Conclusions The plasma exchange is effective for Guillain Barre syndrome.
