摘　　要：目的 :观察双氯灭痛联合狄奥宁或双氯灭痛滴眼治疗人工晶体植入术后人工晶体前膜的疗效。方法 :将 2 4只成年纯系新西兰白兔的 4 8只眼随机分为 3组 :双氯灭痛加狄奥宁治疗组 (A组 ) ,双氯灭痛治疗组 (B组 ) ,空白对照组 (C组 )。 4 8只兔眼均行晶体囊外摘除及后房型人工晶体植入术 ,术后第 1,3,5 ,7,14 ,2 1及 30d定量动态观察人工晶体前膜的情况。结果 :A ,B组的前膜例数低于C组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;A组前膜例数略低于B组但差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,A组前膜吸收的天数短于B组。结论 :双氯灭痛联合狄奥宁与双氯灭痛滴眼均能有效治疗人工晶体前膜 。Objective To observe the curative effect of diclofenac sodium (DF Na ) combined with dionine or DF Na eyedrops in the topical treatment of the fibrinous membrane after intraocular lens (IOL) implantation. Methods Forty eight eyes of twenty four adult pure bred New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into three groups: rabbits that received DF Na combined with dionine eyedrops (Group A); rabbits that received DF Na eyedrops (Group B); control rabbits (Group C). All the eyes received lens extraction combined with a posterior chamber intraocular lens. The fibrinous membrane was observed on the 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 14th, 21st,and 30th days postoperatively. Results The rabbits with the fibrinous membrane in Group A and Group B were fewer than those in Group C (P<0.05). There was no significant difference betwecn Group A and Group B (P>0.05), but the days during which the fibrinous membrane was absorbed in Group A were shorter than those in Group B. Conclusion Both DF Na combined with dionine and DF Na eyedrops can treat the fibrinous membrane after intraocular lens implantation. The curative effect of DF Na combined with dionine is better than that of DF Na.
