摘 要:目的 探讨多项生物学指标c-erbB - 2、PCNA、P5 3、EGFR、nm2 3、ER、PR在乳腺癌中的表达与临床乳腺癌预后的关系及这些指标间的相互关系 .方法 应用免疫组织化学方法对 87例乳腺癌组织切片c -erbB - 2、PCNA、P5 3、EGFR、nm2 3、ER、PR的表达进行检测 .结果 乳腺癌远处转移率与腋淋巴结转移数目有关 ,c -erbB - 2阳性率与肿瘤大小、临床分期正相关 ,PCNA阳性率与肿瘤大小、腋淋巴结转移数目正相关 ,P5 3与肿瘤大小正相关 ,c -erbB - 2与PCNA、P5 3、EGFR、PR相关 ,P5 3与PR相关 ,ER与PR相关 .结论 肿瘤大小、腋淋巴结转移数目、临床分期、c -erbB- 2、PCNA、P5 3。Objective To detect the expression of multiple tumor biomarkers in breast cancer, and to evaluate the prognostic and predictive uses and correlation among these biomarkers. Methods Expression of 7 biomarkers: c-erbB-2?PCNA?P53?EGFR?nm23?ER?PR in 87 breast cancer patients were determined by immunohistochemistry. Logistic regression and chi-square test were used for analysis. Results Distant metastasis was positively related with metastasized axillary lymph node number;C-erbB-2 was associated with tumor diameter?clinical stage?PCNA?P53?EGFR and PR;P53 was associated with tumor diameter and PR; PCNA was positively related with tumor diameter and metastasized axillary lymph node number;ER was linked with PR. Conclusions Multiple clinical and biological indicators such as tumor diameter?axillary lymph node metastasis?clinical stage?c-erbB-2?P53?PCNA?PR are helpful for enhancing the predictive accuracy of prognosis in breast cancer.
