摘　　要：古典管理一直被认为是以物为本的管理。从古典管理的主要代表人物泰罗及其追随者的思想中发掘其中的人本管理思想 。Classic management has been thinking as a management without humanism since it came into being, we think it is unfair. In this paper, we analyze the main representatives of classic management, Frederick W. Taylor and his followers' thoughts in order to find out humanism from them.
