摘　　要：理解与解释的关系是人类科学活动的基本关系。作为理解、解释与意义的哲学理论 ,哲学解释学研究科学解释具有合理性 :符合哲学的本性和世界哲学的发展趋势 ,是科学的人文主义理解的实现 ,并且预示着一种新的科学解释观的出现 ;同时这种研究又是可能的 :哲学解释学的本体论转向使之超越了传统解释学对科学解释与人文科学解释所做的对立性解释 ,其理论表现出来的主观性倾向也将因为马克思主义的实践观念的引入而得到克服。The relation between understanding and explanation is the basic relation of human's scientific activity. The research on scientific explanation with Philosophical Hermeneutics that is the philosophical theory about understanding, explanation and meaning is rational, i.e. it is in keeping with the nature of philosophy and the tendency of world philosophy, is the realization of humanistic understanding of science, and forebodes a new views of scientific explanation. In additional, this study is possibly, because that the ontological transformation of Philosophical Hermeneutics makes it have overstepped the contrasting interpretation about the relation of scientific explanation and explanation in humanities that traditional Hermeneutics made, and the tendency of subjectivity that Philosophical Hermeneutics has can be rectified with the introduction of Marxist views of practice.
