大连沿海太平洋牡蛎大量死亡原因解析

摘　　要：对大连沿海牡蛎主养区发生的太平洋牡蛎Crassostreagigas大量死亡的原因进行了调查研究与分析,发现其大量死亡的主要原因是:单一养殖品种养殖密度过大,超负荷养殖;养殖区水环境恶化,生态平衡被破坏;繁殖季节养殖对象生理活性降低,呈现繁殖生理障碍;附着生物特别是真枝螅在鳃上的大量寄生;养殖工艺及作业方式不完善等。Reasons of mass death-off in Pacific oyster Crassostrea gigas cultured in Dalian costal line were discussed on basis of the investigation and studies.It is suggested that the main reasons of the mass-death were over-carrying capacity of singly cultivated species with high density; unbalanced ecological conditions due to poor water quality; physiological obstacle of the animals during reproduction seasons; pathogens, especially Eudendrium Ehrenberg in the gill; and the imperfect cultural techniques.
