摘　　要：目的　观察重组人红细胞生成素 (Epo)治疗恶性肿瘤贫血 (MTA)的效果。 方法　治疗组 18例患者使用rHuEpo30 0 0U每周 2～ 3次皮下注射 ,连续治疗 8wk。对照组 19例患者采用输血和一般支持疗法。结果　Epo治疗组血红蛋白上升明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。AIM\ To observe the effect of recombinant human erythropietin (rHuEpo) in treating malignant tumour anemia(MTA). METHODS\ 18 cases of treated group were treated with rHuEpo ( 3 000 U, two to three times every week for 8 weeks). 19 cases of control group were treatde with the blood transfusion and support care.RESULTS\ The increased Hb of treated group is more higher than that of control group( P<0 01 ). CONCLUSION\ rHuEpo is effective in treating MTA.
