摘  要:目的:研究大鼠臂旁核(PBN)内一氧化氮合酶(NOS)阳性神经元的分布,为进一步阐明PBN内一氧化氮(NO)的生理功能提供形态学资料。方法:用尼克酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸磷酸-黄递酶(NADPH-d)组织化学方法观察PBN各亚核内NOS阳性神经元的具体的分布及形态特征。结果:NOS阳性神经元在PBN各亚核内均有的分布,且其形态、细胞密度及纤维走向存在一定差异。结论:实验结果提示,PBN内的NO参与多种生理功能,可能与该核内NOS阳性神经元形态与分布的多样性相关。Objective:In order to provide the anatomic data for further understanding the role of nitric oxide in the Parabrachial nucleus (PBN), localization of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) neurons was studied in the PBN of the rat. Methods:The morphology and distribution of NOS positive neurons were observed respectively at the sub nuclei of PBN by using NADPH diaphorase histochemical method. Results:NOS positive neurons were found at all sub-nuclei of PBN, and their morphology, cellular density and direction of neural fibre are some difference among the sub nuclei. Conclusion:These results suggest that several physiological functions of NO correlate with diversity of the morphology and distribution of NOS positive neurons in the PBN.
