基于组态软件的水厂自动化系统的设计

摘　　要：着重阐述了在水厂自动化监控系统中利用Kingview组态软件进行组态系统的设计 ,主要围绕着控制组态、图形组态以及报表组态 3个方面进行论述。使用组态软件的各种组态功能对水厂澄清池、过滤池进行实时地监控 ,对各单元生成现场控制的画面和实时参数的采集、显示 ,并利用组态软件的报表组态功能生成符合水厂需要的年、月、日报表。在水厂自动化系统中应用组态软件进行设计 ,大大缩短了工程项目开发的周期 ,取得了良好的应用效果。The passage deals with the application of configuration software in the supervising and controlling system of water-plant. It mainly discusses three aspects of control configuration, picture configuration and form configuration. It uses the configuration functions to realize real controlling of the clearing pool and the filtering pool, to make pictures of field control and to pick and show real-time data, and to make the forms of day, month and year at the request of the water-plant. Using the configuration software to design in the water-plant automation system can reduce the developing cycle greatly and can get good application result.
