摘 要:本实验对三硝基甲苯(TNT)诱发大白鼠白内障的超微结构进行了观察。结果表明,轻度混浊的晶状体纤维间明显出现空隙,高度混浊的晶状体纤维间的空隙增大,并有少量的电子致密颗粒,完全混浊的白内障晶状体纤维间的空隙更大,电子致密颗粒增多。对照组及正常大鼠的晶状体纤维间联结紧密。TNT诱发大白鼠白内障形成可能系TNT代谢产物在代谢过程中所引起。Ultrastructure of rat lens of TNT induced cataract was studied. In the lightly opaque lens, therewere gaps between the lens fibres; in the heavily opaque lens, the gaps were wider and some smallelectron dense particles also appeared, in the completely opaque lens, the gaps were the widest andelectron dense particles increased. In the lens of normal and control rats, the lens fibres were closelycontacted without any gaps. The results imply that TNT-cataract formation come from the TNT andTNT-metabolite that effects on lens.
