存活10年以上的急性白血病10例报告

摘　　要：报告10例存活10年以上的急性白血病,占同期急性白血病的3.0%。10例目前均仍无病生存,8例仍处于第一次完全缓解中。10例中急非淋(ANLL)9例,急淋(ALL) 1例。全部病例治疗前白血病细胞浸润及出血倾向较轻;在诱导缓解期间,周围血白细胞均明显减少,其中9例<1×10~9/L;10例均经过骨髓抑制而达到完全缓解。大部分病例维持治疗时间较长。Acute leukemia surviving more than 10 years—— a study of 10 cases From 1973 to 1979, 298 cases of acute leukemia were treated in our hospital, 10 cases, including 9 cases of ANLL and 1 case of ALL, have survived so far for more than 10 year, long-term survivors constituted 3.0%. All of 10 cases are in disease free survival at present. 8 of them remain in their first sustained complete remission. All of 10 cases manifested with less leukemia infiltration in internal organs and there was no marked bleeding tendency before treatment. Marked leukopenia and bone marrow depression were observed in all of 10 cases during induction remission, WBC once fell down to<1×10~9/L in 9 cases during treatment. The time for maintenance therapy was longer in the majority of these cases.
