摘　　要：本文对28例贲门粘膜撕裂综合征进行了分析。作者认为本病的发生与食管裂孔疝、萎缩性胃炎及内镜操作不慎有一定关系。急诊内镜是本病诊断最佳措施,细问病史,有助诊断。In this paper, 28 cases of Mallory-Weiss syndrome were analyzed. We found that this syndrome was in association with hiatal hernia, chronic atropic gastritis, and inappropriate endoscopic procedures. For diagnosis, emergency endoscopic examination is the best method, and detialed case history is helpful.
