摘　　要：目的　研究尼莫地平治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法　 6 0例急性脑梗死病人随机分为两组 ,每组 30例。治疗组给予尼莫地平 8mg/d ;对照组给予常规治疗 ,疗程为 14d。 结果　治疗组有效率为 90 % ,对照组有效率为 5 0 % ,治疗组与对照组比较差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 1) ;在对血压及心率的影响方面差异无显著意义 (P >0 0 5 )。结论　尼莫地平是治疗急性脑梗死的一种安全有效的药物。Objective To study the effect of nimodipine on acute cerebral infarct.Methods Sixty patients with acute cerebral infarct were randomly and double-blindly divided into two groups(30 in each group).The treatment group were given nimodipine 8mg/d and the control group were given routine treatment for 14 days.Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 90% and that of the control group was 50%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).But BP and HR had not remarkable changes(P<0.05).Conclusion Nimodipine has a good and safe therapeutic effect in treating acute cerebral infarct.
