摘　　要：目的比较两种手术治疗蛛网膜囊肿的远期疗效。方法回顾分析74例蛛网膜囊肿手术患者,采取两种囊壁切除手术方法,每种手术方法随访时间均超过3年,评价手术效果。结果传统手术方法治疗31例,治愈25例、好转4例、无效2例;治愈率80.6%,有效率93.5%。改良手术方法治疗43例,治愈41例、好转2例;治愈率95.3%,有效率100%。两组治愈率有显著性差异(P<0.05),有效率无显著性差异。结论改良手术方法可提高蛛网膜囊肿的治愈率。Objective To compare the long-term curative effect in treating arachnoid cyst with two kinds of operations.Methods To evaluate the operation effects,the74cases with arachnoid cyst were reviewed,who were treated with two kinds of operations respectively and with more than three-year follow up.Results Among the74cases,31were subjected to routine operation,25of the31cases were cured,4became better and2showed no effect.The cure rate was80.6%and the effective rate was93.5%;another43were treated with ameliorative operation,41of the43cases were cured,2became better,with a cure rate of95.3%and a effective rate of100%.There was a significant difference in cure rate between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion The ameliorative operation can greatly raise the cure rate in treating arachnoid cyst.
