摘　　要：目的　探讨 P73蛋白和 m RNA的表达水平与结肠癌发生发展的可能关系。方法　用免疫组化法检测 2 7例结肠癌和癌旁组织中 P73蛋白表达水平。用半定量 RT- PCR检测 2 8例结肠癌和 2 0例正常组织中 P73m RNA的表达水平。结果　 1 P73蛋白在 78% (2 1 /2 7)结肠癌组织中的表达水平高于配对的结肠癌旁组织 44% (1 2 /2 7) (P<0 .0 5)。从癌旁组织、高分化和中分化腺癌到低分化腺癌 ,P73蛋白的表达水平呈递增趋势 (P<0 .0 0 0 1 ) ,呈正相关。 2 P73 m RNA在 89% (2 5/2 8)结肠癌组织中的表达水平高于正常结肠组织 55% (1 1 /2 0 ) (P<0 .0 1 )。结论　Objective To explore the correlation between the expressions of P73 protein and P73 mRNA and cancer of colon.Methods Immunohistochemical methods were adopted to examine the expression of P73 protein in colon cancer and adjacent tissues in 27 patients.Semi quantitative RT PCR methods were conducted to examine the expression of P73 mRNA in colon cancer in 28 patients and 20 normal patients respectively.Result ①P73 protein expression was up regulated in 78%(21/27) of colon cancer tissues,while it was low in all matched adjacent colon cancer tissues.From adjacent colon cancer tissues,well and moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma to poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma,the expression of P73 protein showed an ascending tendency(P<0.0001) a positive correlation.② P73 mRNA expression was higher in colon cancer tissues (25/28.89%) than in normal colontissues(11/20,55%).Conclusion The high expression of P73 gene might be related with the occurrence and progress of colon cancer.
