摘　　要：用邻苯二甲醛柱前荧光衍生梯度洗脱的方法分析了乌拉尔甘草叶中14种氨基酸的含量,为利用甘草叶作为饲料提供了科学参考;该法操作简单 ,衍生反应迅速 ,灵敏度高 。Fourteen amino acids in leaves of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch. were separated and determined by reversed - phase high performance liquid chromatography with pre - column derivazation using o - phthalaldehyde(OPA) as a derivatizing reagent. The chromatographic conditions were examined and optimized. This result can supply some help to make full use of leaves of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch. as feed. This method is simple, rapid, sensitive and repeatable.
