磁力关闭牙间隙在固定正畸中的临床应用

摘  要:目的 :探讨磁力在固定正畸中关闭牙间隙的临床疗效 ,并与机械力进行比较研究。方法 :将 1 6名病例在年龄、性别、牙颌特征方面仔细搭配 ,分成磁力组和机械力组。分别用钕铁硼 ( Nd2 Fe4B)永磁体和橡皮圈 ,在 Edgewise矫正技术中拉尖牙远中移动进行关闭牙间隙的临床对比研究。结果 :磁力组牙间隙关闭速度明显大于机械力组 ,两组差异显著 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ;两组尖牙根长治疗前后均无显著变化 ( P>0 .0 5) ;ME组头发微量元素质治疗前后无显著差异( P>0 .0 5)。结论 :磁力在固定矫治装置上关闭牙间隙是可行的并优于机械力 ;钕铁硼永磁体在临床应用中具有生物安全性。To evaluate the effects of magnetic and mechanical force in closing diastemata in fixed orthodontia. Metheds:The sixteen cases were divided into two groups treated with magnetic and mechanical methods respectively They were careful arranged according to age,sex and dental-maxillary feature NdFeB magnet and elastic ring were used to move canine distal to close diastemata in fixed orthodontia Results:In the magnet-treated grorp,the speed of closing diastemas closing was obviously faster than that in the mechanically treated group( P <0 01) The length of canine fang in the two group and the results of hair micro element analysis in the magnet-treated group have no significant difference before and after treatrnent( P >0 05) Conclusion:The feasibility of magnetic force in closing diastemata in fixed orthodontia is undoubtful and it is more advanced than using mechanica force Clinical trcatment with magnet in orthodontia is safe.
