摘　　要：目的 观察增生型糖尿病视网膜病变(PDR)不同时期视网膜前膜(ERM)中肝细胞生长因子(HGF)受体的表达情况。 方法 13例PDR患者行玻璃体切割术剥离视网膜前膜。采用免疫组化染色方法观察HGFR在ERM中的表达情况。 结果 在7例Ⅳ、V期ERM标本中,5例HGF受体阳性表达,阳性表达率为71.4％;6例PDRⅥ期增殖前膜标本中,有5例HGF受体阳性表达,阳性表达率为83.3％。HGF受体阳性表达率与PDR分期无明显关系(P>0.05)。结论 HGF受体在PDR视网膜前增生膜中表达,提示HGF可能参与了PDR增生膜的形成。Objective To investigate the expression of hepatocyte growth factor receptor ( HGFR) in epiretinal membranes of eyes with proliferative diabetic retinopathy( PDR). Methods Thirteen human epiretinal membranes of PDR were obtained from eyes undergone vitrectomy and were observed by immunohistochemical examination for the study of expression of HGFR. Results In 7 membranes of PDR-grade IV or V ,HGFR were expressed in 5/7(71. 4% ) ;and 5 cases in 6 membranes of PDR-grade VI were detected to be positive expression ( 83. 3% ). No significant differences were found in the expression of HGFR between PDR types( P > 0. 05 ) . Conclusion The findings indicate that HGFR might be involved in the formation of epiretinal membranes in PDR.
