摘　　要：目的 探讨X-刀立体定向放射神经外科治疗脑胶质瘤的效果。方法 使用X-刀立体定向放射神经外科治疗脑胶质瘤147例,92例获随访,随访时间3-42个月（平均25个月）。结果 大部分病例治疗后在随访期内症状改善,影像学检查显示病灶稳定或缩小。结论 X-刀立体定向放射神经外科可以作为脑胶质瘤综合治疗中的一种安全而有效的方法。Objective To ascertain the treatment effectiveness of X-knife stereotactic radioneurosurgery on brain glioma. Methods One hundred and forty seven cases of brain gliomas were treated by X-knife stereotactic radioneurosurgery, among them 92 cases were followed up for 3 to 42 months (mean 25 months). Results During follow-up period, the symptoms of most patients relieved, the radiological imaging showed no change or shrinkage of the tumors. Conclusion X-knife stereotactic radioneurosurgery is a powerful and safe adjuvant treatment method for brain glioma.
