摘　　要：合同属于法律文件 ,属庄重文体。它要求思维缜密 ,逻辑性强 ,其谴词造句讲究准确严谨 ,因此 ,英语合同在语言使用方面颇有特点 :使用古体词和法律条文中的字眼 ;Contracts are legal documents in frozen style. Since meticulous thinking, strict logic as well as careful and precise wording are required herein, the language is characterized by the use of old style of words, the use of diction found in legal statements, the use of clauses of condition and complex sentence structures to convey different sorts of possibilities and solutions.
