摘　　要：目的 :观察重度牙周病牙体部分切除术后的远期疗效。方法 :复查 1982～ 2 0 0 0年间采用本法治疗的患者共 2 43个患牙。结果 :疗效 1级者 2 19例 (90 .1% )。结论 :疗效肯定 。AIM:To evaluate the long-term curative effects of serere periodontitis with the partial odontectomy. MEHTODS: 243 teeth with serere periodontitis were selected and treated with partial odontectomy from 1982 to 2000. The curative effects were analyzed. RESULTS:The results of follow-up showed that 219 among 243 teeth was A grade in curative effect. CONCLUSION: The treatment effect of this method is definite and could be used clinically.
