摘　　要：目的 评价Branemark种植系统修复单个上前牙缺失的临床效果。方法 采用Branemrk种植系统的常规操作方法Ⅰ期植入198枚种植体(其中即刻种植17例),6个月后进行Ⅱ期手术,用烤瓷修复体修复。结果Branemark种植体修复后随访3年,累计成功率为93.6％。结论 Branemark种植系统修复单个上前牙缺失具有良好的临床效果。Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of Branemark implant system prostheses in the restoration of the missing upper incisor. Methods According to the conventional methods of Branemark implant system, 198 Branemark implants were instered in the first stage surgery. After 6 months, second stage surgery was done and fixed prothesis was completed. Results The 3 - year implant success rates in the single upper incisor was 93. 6% . Conclusions The functional and aesthetic effect of the implants was satisfied.
