摘　　要：对影响脂质体包封率的因素以及提高包封率的方法进行综述 ,并简述了包封率的概念及测定方法。影响包封率的因素较多 ,而药物的性质为其中主要因素之一 。The factors affecting entrapment efficiency(EE) of EE and the methods to improve the EE were summarized. The concept of liposomes and the determination methods were narrated in brief. Among many factors affecting the EE, the property of drugs is one of the main factors, and the settlement is altered along with such characteristic.
