摘　　要：在印制电路板插头上用镀镍层作为贵金属的衬底镀层,美国军标STD——275对该镀层的要求是最小厚度为5毫微米的低应力镍,本文对低应力镍溶液进行研究,并且得到良好的结果。Ni-plating is used as an undercoat for precious metal on plugs of prin- ted circuit board.MIL-STD-275 calls for a low stress nickel coat with a minimum thickness of 5um.The purpose of this paper is to examine the low stress nickel solution and the satisfactor result is obtained.
