癌胚抗原标记对胃癌生物学行为的影响

摘　　要：作者采用酶标—亲合素法对81例胃癌标本进行了CEA免疫组化标记观察。根据CEA在癌组织中的着色程度和范围将其分为阳性和阴性两组。结果表明,CEA在癌组织中的阳性率为82.7％,在癌细胞中的分布丧失了极性。癌组织分化程度、肿瘤生长方式和存活时间在CEA标记阳性和阴性两组之间存在极显著差异(P<0.01);淋巴结转移、浸润深度和核面积在阳性和阴性两组之间存在显著差异(P<0.05)。据此,我们认为CEA免疫组化标记是反映胃癌生物学行为的良好指标。CEA was studied by Avidin-HRP method in 81 cases of gastric cancer, According to the degrees and patterns of CEA stain,it was divided into two groups(positive and negative). The results demonstrated that the CEA showed positive in 82. 7% cases. The degrees of differentiation, prolifcrative patterns and period of survival between the positive and negative groups were highly significantly different(p <0. 01). The significant difference was also found in lymph node-status, wall invasion and area of nuclears (p <0. 05). We,therefore,consider that CEA immunohistochcmical study is a better indicator in describing biological behavior of gastric cancer and CEA might be used as an immunohistochemical marker in the study of gastric carcinoma.
