摘　　要：目的　探讨VEGF在子宫内膜腺癌发生、发展中的作用。方法　运用免疫组化技术SP法检测VEGF在子宫内膜腺癌 5 5例、正常增生期子宫内膜、单纯性增生和不典型增生各 10例中的表达 ,分析它们与子宫内膜腺癌临床病理参数及患者生存率的关系。结果　 (1)VEGF在正常增生期子宫内膜、单纯性增生、不典型增生、子宫内膜腺癌中的阳性表达率上升 ,统计学上有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 0 1)。 (2 )在子宫内膜腺癌中VEGF的表达强度与手术—病理分期、肌层浸润、淋巴结有无转移密切相关 (P <0 .0 1) ,与分化程度无关。生存分析VEGF与子宫内膜腺癌的预后无关。结论　VEGF在子宫内膜腺癌的发生、发展过程中起一定作用 ,它的检测对子宫内膜腺癌的早期诊断、恶性程度的判定有积极意义。Objective To study the effects of the gene expression of VEGF on oncogenesis and progression.Methods The expression level of VEGF was studied by S-P immunohistochemistry method in 55 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma and 10 cases of norliferatic,simple hyperplastic and atypical endometrium.The relationship between clinicopathological features and survival was also investigated.Results (1)The expression of VEGF increased progressively from normal proliferatic,simple hyperplastic and atypical hyperplastic endometrium to adenocarcinoma,with significant difference ( P <0.001).(2)The staining intensity of VEGF expression in 55 cases of carcinoma was significantly associated with surgical stages,myometrial invasion and metastasis of lymph nodes ( P <0.01),while no significant difference was detected in different histologic grade.The analysis of survival factor revealed that the expression of VEGF was not related with the prognosis of patients.Conclusion The experiment suggests that VEGF play roles in oncogenesis and progression of endometrial adenocarcinoma.Detection of the gene proteins has positive effects on early diagnose,malignancy determination of endometrial carcinoma.
