^(14)C-尿素呼气试验对幽门螺杆菌感染的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:评估^(14)C-尿素呼气试验(^(14)C-UBT)对幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染的诊断价值。方法:对200例1月内未曾使用可能影响HP检测结果的药物者同步完成快速尿酶试验(RUT)、病理、^(14)C-UBT检测,以病理(HE染色)、RUT均阳性为诊断HP感染的标准,评价^(14)C-UBT对HP感染的诊断价值。结果:^(14)C-UBT的敏感性89.7％,特异性98.4％,阳性预测值98.4％,准确性93.4％,阴性预测值88.1％。结论:^(14)C-UBT是HP感染无创伤、敏感而特异的诊断方法。Purpose: To evaluate the diagnostic value of 14C-ure breath test(I4C-UBT) in helicobacter pylori(HP) infection. Methods: 200 cases who have never taken drugs which probabaly affect the reliability in detection of HP infection in a recent month underwent rapid urease test(RUT) , histology examination and I4C-UBT, both histology(HE staining) and RUT are positive as the standard for diagnosis of HP infection, the diagnostic value of 14C-UBT in HP infection was evaluated. Results: The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, accuracy negative predictive value of 14C-UBT were 89. 7% , 98.4% , 98. 4% , 93.4% , 88.1 % . Conclusion: I4C-UBT is a non-invasive, sensitive and spectific diagnostic method for detection of HP infection.
