摘 要:1997年 7月至 1998年 6月期间 ,对大亚湾海域拟菱形藻种群的季节变化及其与环境因子之间的关系进行研究 .高密度的拟菱形藻出现的温度、盐度范围分别在 2 5 0~ 30 0℃和 2 8 4 0‰~ 31 30‰ .该水域N、Si含量丰富 ,P含量偏低 ,通常情况下 ,P成为拟菱形藻生长的限制因子 ,而春季高峰期中 ,拟菱形藻的消退主要可能与N的迅速耗尽有关 .N、Si、P三种营养盐之间比值的变化亦是影响拟菱形藻生长的重要原因 ,拟菱形藻高密度出现的N∶P、Si∶P、Si∶N范围分别是 6 .2 1~ 32 98、5 9 6 7~ 119 71、3 36~ 17 89.Seasonal changes of Pseudo nitzschia spp. in Daya Bay, the South China Sea, were investigated as well as the influences of environmental factors (especially nutrients) on the population dynamics were analyzed from July 1997 to June 1998. The genus were found throughout the year, forming peaks of cell concentration in Spring and Autumn. Pseudo nitzschia spp. showed the optimal range of temperature 25 0~30 0℃ and salinity 28 40‰~31 30‰ for growth, The two factors were found to have no obvious relationship with the occurrence of density peaks of Pseudo nitzschia spp.. DIN and silicate contents were abundant in the bay and DIP became limitation factor because of its low level. Ratio changes between DIN, DIP, Si were important for the growth of the genus. The optimal ranges of N∶P, Si∶P, Si∶N were 6 21~32 98, 59 67~119 71, 3 36~17 89 respectively.
